CHOICE ENROLL INTO EHS FOR THE
2023 SCHOOL YEAR PROCESS:
Families who wish to enroll their student in a school other than their assigned neighborhood school must complete a Choice Enrollment Application from the link below. Choice Students are accepted on a space available basis.

Round 1 Choice for the 2023-2024 school year opens December 6, 2022 and closes January 13, 2023

Round 2 Choice for the 2023-2024 school year opens January 29, 2023 and closes on August 31, 2023

Round one applications are prioritized through a lottery process. If needed waiting lists are prioritized as first in, first offered. A separate application must be completed and submitted for each child. If a student is not accepted at a school during the first round Choice Enrollment, the student will remain on the prioritized wait list and be carried over to Second Round Choice Enrollment.
Choice enrolled students moving from elementary to middle school and middle to high school must submit a new Choice Enrollment Application for each school.
The following records are requested for Choice enrollment, once application has been accepted;
· Birth certificate or a copy of the student's passport to verify age and full and complete legal name
· Current Immunization Record
· Copy of Transcript
-National Test Scores - any SAT, ACT or ASVAB if taken
· Copy of IEP or 504 if applicable, We reserve a 48 hour period to review IEP records to assure that EHS can provide services.

IN EHS ARTICULATION AREA ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
Prior to making an appointment for enrollment please complete the following steps:
Step 1 – Verify Residency
Please check to see if your address is within the Evergreen High School articulation area. If not, you will be CHOICE enrolling your student to Evergreen High School.
Proof of residency within our boundary will be requested if you indicate your residence is within our articulation area. Acceptable forms of proof are; Bills (Xcel Energy, Comcast, Water, Trash), Jefferson County Colorado Vehicle Registration or a driver's license with the address clearly indicating within the Evergreen High School articulation area.

Evergreen High School Video Tour
Withdrawal from EHS
Students who leave Evergreen High School before the end of the semester must obtain a withdrawal form from the Registrar in the counseling department. This form must be completed and have all required signatures; this is the student’s responsibility. The student is also responsible for returning school issued Chromebook in good working order and cleaned, all books and pay all fines or outstanding fees owed to the school. Transcripts, immunization records, and transfer grades/credits will be sent to the student’s new school within one week of receiving the official records request from the new school.
