Hello Cougar Families and Happy Sunday,

Check out some scenes from this Friday's epic Homecoming Assembly. Performances by our Marching Band, Cheer Squad, and Poms were awesome; the games and skits were hilarious. It was a spirited week, full of fun events and positive culture.  We appreciate all of the amazing staff, parents, coaches, and community members that come together to make EHS the amazing place that it is. Go Cougs!

Reducing anxiety in teens:

Leanin1220 and Robbie's Hope present "LET'S GET REEL!".
The"Let's Get REEL!" film series kicks off the evening with live music from local group Orange Mountain with tasty snacks and beverages. You'll then view the critically-acclaimed documentary Angst which you can only see at an official showing. You'll then learn a basic meditation technique to calm the nervous system and finally engage with a panel of teens and mental health professionals to understand just how common anxiety is and to learn solutions and ask questions about reducing your own anxiety. Event is free but donations of $5 for teens and $10 for adults are welcome. Donations benefit Lean in 1220 and Robbie’s Hope.
