Sophomore College Night for Students & Parents
Date: Wednesday, January 9th 2019
Where: EHS Auditorium
Time: 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Please join the EHS Counselors in a fun informative night about college planning. Hear from past students about what they found helpful and what they wish they would have done when applying to college. Learn about what colleges look for when selecting students and get an overview of upcoming testing requirements and options. Please contact your student’s EHS counselor with questions.

Warren Tech and Jeffco Virtual Academy

Warren Tech: The application is open for the 2019-2020 school year. Priority deadline is early February. Current Sophomores and Juniors can apply. The application is located on their website under admissions. Admission is not first come first serve. It is based on credits earned towards graduation, attendance, GPA/current grades, standardized test scores and behavior records. Students can select a first and second choice. Upcoming Parent Learning Opportunity
As an ongoing service to our GT community, the Jeffco Gifted and Talented department will be hosting a parent education night on Monday January 28th in the 5th Floor Board Room at the Jefferson County District Office. Please click here for further information.
Thank you for sending in your $25 gift card! We are so happy to say that every staff member and teacher in EHS received one. We were able to reach a grand total of 109 gift cards. We had so many varieties of gift cards: from cash to car wash, makeup to sports clothing. What a wonderful variety!

Winter Sports Payment:
Winter sports are up and running as we enter our third week of winter sports competition. We are asking that the district fee of $175.00 is paid in Jeffco Connect as soon as possible. Ticket Books for Sale:

Highlights:
EHS Girls Swim and Dive Team beat Columbine, Standley Lake, Lakewood and Pomona at the League Meet on Friday 12/14/18 with a score of 566.5 points.
EHS Wrestling finished 3rd at the Forrest Davis Invitational hosted by Sheridan High School on Saturday 12/15/18.
Ethan Davis finished with a 1st place finish and a 14-1 record going into Christmas break.
Reese Gibson and Noah Henderson finished the day with 3rd place finishes and both have 12-4 records.
