Troubleshooting Tips

If you're having trouble with your chromebook or other device, try these ideas.

It's also recommended to take these steps every so often to prevent problems.

Black Screen but Power Button Light On?

Hold down the Power Button (on SIDE) for at least 30 seconds.  Wait 10 seconds then Power ON.  
    Games and ad-blockers tend to cause               problems The POWER BUTTON is on the SIDE of the TechforEd chromebooksIt is a good idea to completely shut-down your chromebook weekly
