ICAP and Naviance
The Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP) is a personalized plan for every student that ensures they are post-secondary and workforce ready. Counselors deliver this curriculum to students individually, in Study Halls, in classroom presentations, and in small and large group presentations.  Areas of focus include:

Self-Discovery, personality, interests, and strengths
Academic Planning
Career and college exploration and planning
Financial Literacy

Naviance is one of the tools counselors use within the lessons to help students learn more about themselves and achieve their goals.  Students and parents can also log on to Naviance from home to utilize all of the resources it provides.  Usernames are students' ID numbers and passwords are their eight digit birth dates.  Resources on Naviance include:  personality assessments, career assessments, college searches, college application tools, and scholarship searches.
